Ben, I don't think that Jack Brisco ever wrestled for the WWWF or the WWF. He retired in 1984. Maybe he and Gerry were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame because they were minor shareholders in Georgia Championship Wrestling and they convinced 52% of the shareholders to sell out to Vince McMahon in 1984. Don't get me wrong. He belongs in the wrestling hall of fame. He is in the Cauliflower Alley Hall of Fame. That to me says more than the WWE.
Rip Hawk said he was like glass. He was that smooth. Ric Flair says that Jack was one of the greatest ever. His accolades go on and on. I guess, my big thing, Ben is that this should have been posted in Old School. Sorry for being so picky. --------------------
