I finally caught Impact tonight and well if that is really the best TNA can offer on a Monday night then I am going to stick with RAW. I really wasn’t overly impressed with much of anything on Impact tonight. They went pretty heavy on the heel turns with Sting and Beer Money neither one at this point in time really makes a whole lot of sense. I am liking the Angle vs. Anderson feud but involving the Army of all things into the angle really adds nothing to it, which is why in order to shake things up right here and now I am predicting a US Army heel turn at the PPV costing Angle the match. No one would see it coming and it would just be another great booking move by TNA. Another thing I noticed that along with stealing WCW storylines and WWE wrestlers TNA is also in the business of stealing WWE ideas. WWE has the new Nxt program where they pair rookies with pro’s well TNA has tweaked that idea a little bit in order to serve there purposes with the pairing of pro’s with senior citizens. Styles and Flair, Abyss and Hogan, Eric Young and Kevin Nash. Good Stuff. --------------------

To me, it felt like Monday Nitro. I don't mean that as an insult really. But, you know how on Nitro there was always something happening throughout the night? It wasn't just match, angle, promo, match, etc. It was all interwined? It was like that. Now the problem with that is and I found it with Nitro too - there comes a time when you need to just let things flow because too much go go go makes things confusing and a clusterfuck. Let's hope TNA can put on good shows now. Because its one thing to have an enjoyable show with lots of debuts, etc. But, you can't do that every week. I taped it but watched it on RAW commercials and I believe I saw the jist of it. --------------------

I said it was a dumb move, but I think tonight tye put on a more exciting show. Everytime I tuned into RAW all I saw was someone cutting a promo. Everytime I tuned into TNA someone was getting beaten or a match was happening. So maybe they're smart enough to do what WWE doesn't do actually give you some action.--------------------

This is a horrible idea. I mean let's face it they blew a great opportunity with the live show. So many old school fans that I know where looking towards to seeing the old gang and having a Monday Night war and what did TNA do? Not a damn thing there story lines haven't gotten better. They've done nothing to make you want to watch. AJ "I don't have an interesting character" Styles has once again changed his persona. Now he's Ric Flair. Guys like Samoa Joe, the Dudley's who TNA have spent months building towards a heel turn are now faces again in the blink of an eye. And what the hell happened to the Ryhno and Dudley's story line? They couldn't come up with a better name for the NWO? The band? Seriously? Not even the pack could have been used? And why did no one help Scott Hall get into shape? TNA has no shot in hell of going up against WWE right now, while it's a bit better off than five years ago it's still no where near what WCW had before they went head to head.--------------------

Source: The Wrestling Observer NewsletterA decision has been made by TNA and Spike TV to move TNA iMPACT! permanently to Monday nights, reports the The Wrestling Observer. The second Monday night iMPACT! is scheduled to air on March 1 following the success of the first Monday iMPACT! on January 4. The March 1 episode will air at 9:00 p.m. EST, but the official weekly timeslot has not been confirmed yet. The likely taping schedule will be live on Mondays one week, then tape the following week's iMPACT! the next day on Tuesdays. I don’t really think this is a good idea after one head to head meeting on a Monday night where even though TNA earned a solid rating by their standards still got spanked by the WWE, but I guess it’s their decision to make. They’d be better off staying on Thursday nights and slowing building a bigger audience when they are the only wrestling show on TV. --------------------
